Description
This service is exclusively for pre-existing NovaStar users. You will be able to upgrade from using the software Viplex
Express to gaining access into Cloud Basic. There is no hardware provided with this upgrade. Additional hardware is
generally not required, unless compatibility issues are detected.
With your permission, a technician will remotely access your computer to initiate this transfer and complete the required
setup for cloud access. Once your sign is online you will be able to use any device, at any time from anywhere in order to
manage your display.
