Description
This service is exclusively for NovaStar hardware. This includes their Controllers and Receiving Cards.
With your permission, our technician can remotely access your computer and attempt a retrieval. You must schedule an appointment for a remote tech support session. During this time you must have access to the computer normally used to operate your signage.
